Our Fee Structure
Traditional firms will charge a $30k due diligence fee to consider your deal, then an additional $50-100k to onboard, often times monthly retainers, and then success fees based on a percentage raised and warrants. We conduct a free 30- minute consultation, provide a market analysis on your vertical and identify how quickly we’ll be able to produce meaningful results for you (i.e. term sheets), and structure an offer based on your specific deal and needs. Once the consultation has been conducted, a competitive due diligence and onboarding fee will be due before linking you to the funder. A success fee for funded proposals will be applied upon funding.
